The Rössli Erlenbach is run by a new owner and since it’s right off Seestrasse perfect if you’re passing through. The salad was a bit boring and not very imaginative. The Cordon bleu was slightly messy (cheese oozing out) but the tangy cheese and the proscuitto gave it a pop. Especially the vegetables were expertly cooked and tasty, making this serving quite a decent meal for 28.50. The only weird thing is that the menu says it’s Munster cheese and the waiter meant it was Taleggio. It might not be Gertrudhof, but it’s good.
